Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the support of our current clients as well as the guidance and examination of the processes surrounding our client base
- Compiling offers, coordinating new projects and expanding current Use Cases for our clients is part of your role
- You regularly supervise talks for internal and external coordination
- You independently analyse current client processes and develop cross-selling-measures
- Acting as the intermediary between operative units, IT and customers is also your responsibility
- You create and continuously maintain volume forecasts, budget overviews and other documents for your clients
- At events you present our products and services with confidence and conviction
Your profile:
- Ideally, you already have work experience in B2B account management
- You have a strong service mentality and focus on your customer, as well as an interest in technology
- You have a strong sense for the market as well as the ability to break down complex topics in a simple way
- Additionally, you are a communicative and empathetic team player with a hands-on mentality that works in a well-structured way and enjoys taking the initiative and making choices
- And lastly, you have commercial know-how and are fluent in English both written and verbal
